What is Hypnosis?

It is relaxing, fun, exhilarating, effective and natural.  Completely non-intrusive and without the use of any drugs or tricks, hypnosis is the clean, green and natural way to find control, focus and relaxation.

Each person’s experience is different, and each share some basic truths: all are in control of their experience, all are aware at every stage and they are more relaxed and calm during and after the session than they have been for a long, long time.

It’s a completely natural state, and the only difference from a normally occurring trance-state (the sort we encounter when our minds just ‘wander’) is that during the appointment it will be used to achieve the specific goals that have been agreed beforehand.
